Objective: Reorganisation and development of domestic sales network and of the main foreign markets to build the brand and create a winning brand positioning.
Activities:
- reorganisation, coordination and support to domestic sales network;
- coordination and development of the main foreign markets;
- development of commercial strategies for each market;
- support to the partners’ sales through regular market visits;
- participation in promotional events organised both in Italy and abroad.
