Objective: development and coordination of the sales force.
Activities:
during the first 4 years of cooperation:
- development and coordination of the main domestic and export markets;
- definition of the commercial strategy;
- coordination of communication strategies together with a communication agency.
afterwards:
- consolidation and e coordination of existing commercial relationships and development of new markets;
- reorganisation, coordination and development of the Canadian market;
- support in the planning and the organisation of CMO (Common Market Organisation) activities;
- development of different promotions for each single market and each importer’s strategy;
- support to the importers’ sales through regular market visits and participation in their promotional events;
- brand building together with specialised communication agencies;
- organisation of winery visits for foreign members of the trade and opinion leaders (incoming).
