Objective: development and coordination of the sales force.

Activities:

during the first 4 years of cooperation:

  • development and coordination of the main domestic and export markets;
  • definition of the commercial strategy;
  • coordination of communication strategies together with a communication agency.

afterwards:

  • consolidation and e coordination of existing commercial relationships and development of new markets;
  • reorganisation, coordination and development of the Canadian market;
  • support in the planning and the organisation of CMO (Common Market Organisation) activities;
  • development of different promotions for each single market and each importer’s strategy;
  • support to the importers’ sales through regular market visits and participation in their promotional events;
  • brand building together with specialised communication agencies;
  • organisation of winery visits for foreign members of the trade and opinion leaders (incoming).
