Starting from March with the first lockdown we all had to find alternative solutions and new ways to communicate with all our partners to maintain the business relationship. We learned to communicate wine through numerous online tastings, video calls and webinars. During the summer some partners took advantage of a short break to visit the wineries, that until then they had only experienced virtually. We slowed down, but we never stopped and managed to keep the interest for our wineries alive even during this difficult year.
